• Stan Lowe, unable to preform his job properly, by dismissing the murder allowed the PACK of DOGS to then go out and murder Paul Boyd.

• VPD joined in the delusion claiming the the SUSPECT (dead innocent man) was IN CUSTODY, AFTER they had KILLED HIM. Obvious signs of psychotic behaviour.

• I mean her psychosis was SO STRONG that she even CUFFED her MURDER victim, believing that his being dead was not enough.

• Not much of a shot if you ask me. He was point at blank range when psychosis overcame the Wicked Wicks. Schizophrenia: Delusions are erroneous beliefs that usually involve a misinterpretation of experiences. Delusions such as "LUNGING". Anyone who calls that "LUNGING", it's MEDs TIME.!

• The cops even had the suspect already in custody on Howe street. VPD had a good day because as Stan Lowe KNOWS (probably the only thing the man DOES know) is that COPS LOVE TO KILL.

• NO one who thinks police did the "right thing" was there that day. EVERYONE who WAS there thinks WICKS IS A MURDERER off her MEDS.

• Schizophrenia: Delusions are erroneous beliefs that usually involve a misinterpretation of experiences.
  The cop who was off her meds that day, even lied about the man after she murdered him, claiming FALSELY that he "LUNGED" at her. As you can clearly see, he was OFFERING her what he thought she wanted from him, his TINY EXACTO knife, HARDLY a WEAPON. She refused to take it and instead backed up into her DELUSION. Stan Loew was NOT there, I WAS.
